Our Story
APXev evolved from it's parent company, Energy Capital USA. During the September 2008 market crash, Energy Capital determined it was an exceptional time to invest in good companies with great management Teams. At the time, $300MM was committed to doing so. The company worked with some of the world's largest energy companies to capitalize divestitures and creatively finance those deals. Energy Capital quickly gained recognition across multiple market segments. Many successes provided Energy Capital opportunities to work with clients in SAS, MMO gaming, commercial real estate and payment system markets. The company's founder believes in, and is now dedicated to decarbonization and the EV infrastructure market henceforth, APX Energy Ventures was formed.
